We must explore programs that help older adults live purposeful lives and push back on ageism - especially those that create opportunities for older adults to stay socially connected and engaged in every aspect of life. That might be in the workforce, as advocates for social issues, as volunteers, or with friends and family as a caregiver.

The time has arrived for a Rhode Island Office of Inspector General - to identify government waste or inefficiency, promote transparency across the government, and investigate misconduct by public officials. This is an opportunity to support strategic innovation, modernizing government operations and improve taxpayer support & public services.
