Vin graduated Providence College and attended the JFK School of Government/Manpower Administration @ Harvard University.  He has served 3 RI Governors and served under 5 Presidents in his federal career..  Vin is married to Josephine Marzullo, a retired MetLife Supervisor.  They have 2 children: Michael Marzullo is in his 24th year as a NY Police Officer and Amanda Wilmouth is an Assist. Development Director at the URI Foundation.   The Marzullo's have 4 grandchildren.
